We have isolated yeast from six different locations based on Phospourus differences. Isolated yeast were then tested its antagonistics ability of Fusarium oxysporum, the pathogen causing tomato wilt disease. This research aims to find out the diversity of yeast found in the tomato rhizosphere in six different contents of phosphorus locations and to know its antagonistics ability against the pathogenic. F. oxysporum. This research was conducted in the Laboratory of Mycology, Department of Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Brawijaya University, Malang and in the Chemistry Laboratory, Institut Teknologi 10 Nopember Surabaya, started from January up to September 2015. Yeasts have been isolated from tomato’s rhizosphere of 6 different locations around East Java proviences. The result showed that yeasts from organic field (Lower P content) were 6 genera. They are Candida sp. 1, Pichia sp. 1, Hansenula sp., Metschnikowia sp. 1, Cryptococcus sp., and Zygosaccharomyces sp. While the yeasts from inorganic field (higher P) were 3 genera. The most potential yeast in controlling F. oxysporum is Pichia sp. 2. Lower P content showed more divers than higher P content. Yeasts from higher soil P content showed more antagonists to control F. oxysporum.

Keywords: Phosphor, correlation, yeast, antagonistic, disease, soil
Anton Muhibuddin Kartika Novitasari Wibowo Hunsa Punnapayak Peter Goetz ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2018-07-13 2018-07-13 1 02 1 13 10.32764/inscientech.v1i02.1 Crossing Feasibility Study Between Sea Freight Vehicles Port-Port of Sheet Anchor Situbondo lombok.we
Sea Crossing feasibility Study for goods transport Vehicles of All Sheet Anchor, intends to assess the feasibility of the economic aspects, in order to be an attraction for employers to transport equipment whether or not to divert the route. Penz. & Sacc.
One of the most important diseases of citrus plant is anthracnose which caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penz.) fungi. Yeast is one of microbes which has a good potential to control the disease. This research focused on exploring yeasts on tangerines and examining their efficacy to control C. gloeosporioides using in vitro and in vivo treatments. Observation was started by isolated C. gloeosporioides and yeast from tangerines citrus fruit, then followed with in vitro and in vitro treatment. Both were counted the percentage of antagonist and pathogen incubation stage and also disease incidence, respectively. Result showed that yeast has been isolated from tangerines fruit were Candida sp. (isolate 1), Candida sp. (isolate 2) and Pichia sp. All yeast showed inhibit C. gloeosporioides growth and suppressed its development.
Oki Pramudita Anton Muhibuddin ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2018-07-13 2018-07-13 1 02 28 34 Application Integration 360° Method Feedback and Analytical Hierarchy Process as a Performance Assessment of Employees
Human Resources (HR) in a companies and industry is needed to create high competitiveness based on performance results conducted on the company and the industry. In an effort to improve the quality of human resources, a company needs to conduct performance appraisals. Therefore, the Cooperative "X" necessary to assess employee performance that is objectively by 360 degreemethod feedback and Analythical Hierarchy Method (AHP). From the research results, obtained performance variable priority is adaptability and flexibility are at the sub-variables to adjust to any changes in the work environment. The highest value for employee performance by initials IM (0.64), the worker who has has initialA (0.95), the initial U (0.37) is in the variable adaptation and flexibility. The highest value for employee performance by initial Y (0.40), the initial S (0.35) that the co-operative variables and cooperation. The highest value for employee performance with the initial E (0.61), the initial N (0.60), S (0.57), and D (0.83) is in the variable reliability / accountability. The highest value for employee performance with the initial C (0.06) is in the variable and problem-solving initiatives. The highest value for employee performance H (1.07) is in the variable quality of work. So that an organization must have a management function within the organization, while the management functions of the four is planning (planning), organizing (organizing), actuating (briefing), controlling (supervision). It is intended that an organization can be run in accordance with the objectives to be achieved by an organization. In this study, the source of the data used is organic rice farming model with planting patterns healthy and mandate (PTSA), which has been applied by the working group (gapoktan) LM3 POMOSDA. Lamongan and Gresik city, which is access to Surabaya from western requiring rail transport. The city stands in many industrial plants that have large numbers of workers to transport large capacity that is expected to reduce the congestion of the city using Commuter Rail transport modes. Problem magnitude transport capacity makes researchers need to conduct research to analyze the commuter railway passengers who were in St. Lamongan. Method of research done in the form of a commuter passenger survey for analysis and calculation. The results of this study clearly visible that the respondent data penmpang 100 commuter trains, 75% of whom are of childbearing age, traveling on official business purpose. and the results of the CSI shows 44.78% of consumers rated less satisfied with the performance and service.

Nu'man Alfi Sri Wiwoho Mudjanarko ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2018-07-13 2018-07-13 1 02 51 60
